Spencer Horne is a London based costume designer working in advertising, fashion, and film

Having studied at both London College of Fashion and Central St Martins, Spencer worked with fashion designer John Galliano, before assisting award winning costume designer Michele Clapton (Game of Thrones, The Crown) designing costumes for pop promos and music artists.

 Spencer went on to develop his own unique style working on music promos and live performances for, amongst others, Kylie Minogue, Gwen Stefani, Chrissie Hynde , Suede and Blur as well as major advertising campaigns for the UK, European and American markets. 

 He is the recipient of The British Arrows Award for Best Costume Design. 

 Spencer has been design consultant on international projects such as Netflix Lost in Space - overseeing the design, construction and co-ordinating the creation of the distinctive spacesuits for Angus Strathie and FBFX

 As costume designer for acclaimed fashion photographer Tim Walker, his work has featured in Vogue Itallia, Vogue Mexico, ID and W Magazine as well as advertising campaigns for Delvaux, Zara Home and Hyundai.

Spencer’s work featured in both Tim Walker’s V&A show ‘Wonderful Things’ and in the Tim Walker book ‘Shoot for the Moon’.
